Jade MacDonald

Principal and Senior Paraplanner

Jade has been in the financial services industry for over ten years, starting in administration within a financial planning practice. After moving into a client support officer role in 2015, she then developed her skills to become an office manager, as well as providing adviser support, working in strategy development and paraplanning.

In 2018, she commenced her full-time paraplanning career as an employed outsourced paraplanner and spent the next six years completing research, generating financial projections and writing advice documents for advisers.

In May 2024, Jade commenced her own outsourced paraplanning venture, Coastal Paraplanning, further expanding her relationship with the advice community.

She holds a Diploma of Financial Planning, including completing additional education in Self-Managed Super Funds. Jade was also nominated as a finalist for Paraplanner of the Year in the ifa Excellence Awards 2020.
